Full House Blueprint uses the information you share to create your restaurant blueprint, respond to your requests, and improve this website. For privacy questions or requests, email david@fullhouseblueprint.ai.

What we collect and why

The contact form saves your name, email, restaurant or concept, restaurant location, and message so we can respond. The blueprint form also saves your restaurant answers, the resulting plan, your consent, and whether you requested follow-up. Please leave out guest or employee personal information, payment details, passwords, and other confidential information.

The game does not ask for contact details. Its scores and progress last only for the current visit.

Your blueprint and follow-up

The preview of your first recommendation is calculated in your browser before you provide an email. Your restaurant answers are sent to us when you choose to save the full blueprint.

Saved blueprints are accessible for 30 days in the browser that created them. After that they cannot be opened; expired database records are deleted when the site next processes activity. Print a copy if you want to keep your plan.

A contact submission asks us to respond to your inquiry. Blueprint follow-up is optional, and a blueprint alone does not subscribe you to marketing or authorize a sales call. When you ask for follow-up, we may keep your inquiry and related correspondence to respond and manage a potential client relationship. These business records, including email copies, are separate from the 30-day blueprint link. You can ask us to delete them; some records may need to be retained for existing services or legal obligations.

Services that help run the site

The website uses OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure for hosting, access controls, and database storage. Resend delivers inquiry and blueprint notifications to our business inbox, including the details needed to understand your request. Email copies and provider backups are not deleted when a blueprint link expires. Resend’s privacy policy describes its practices.

Inquiries that request a response are sent to HubSpot for contact management, including your name, email, restaurant, request, and selected priorities. Requests awaiting transfer are kept on this site for up to 30 days; their queued inquiry details are removed after a successful transfer. The booking page embeds HubSpot’s scheduling service. Loading that page connects your browser to HubSpot, which receives information such as your network address and may use its own cookies or browser storage. Information you enter in the calendar goes directly to HubSpot under its privacy terms. A direct scheduling link is also available. We do not sell your submitted information.

Analytics, security, and browser storage

We count visits to public-facing pages, blueprint starts and completions, game completions, contact submissions, consultation requests, and booking confirmations received from the embedded calendar. These first-party records contain an event type, general page, date, and random or internal event reference. They do not contain form answers, email addresses, full report URLs, referrers, or persistent visitor profiles. Event records are retained for up to 90 days, then removed during site activity. Page, game, and embedded-booking tracking honor browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals; saved submissions are still counted as business activity.

To limit spam, we temporarily store keyed hashes of network addresses and submitted email addresses with request counts. Raw network addresses are not stored in these application counters. Expired counters are cleared during site activity. Hosting providers may process network and security logs under their own policies.

A necessary cookie and a browser-session key protect access to your blueprint. Hosting sign-in may also use necessary cookies while the site is private. Our first-party measurement does not use advertising cookies or persistent visitor profiles. The third-party HubSpot calendar follows HubSpot’s own privacy practices.

AI and your choices

This version builds plans from structured rules and your answers; it does not send those answers to a live AI model. If you copy a suggested prompt into another AI service, that service’s terms and privacy policy apply. Review and remove personal information before sharing it.

You can ask to access, correct, or delete information you submitted by contacting us at the address above. We may need to confirm your identity. Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights. This site is for adult business users and is not directed to children.

We will update this page when our practices change and show the revised date above.
