Restaurant technology review
Get more from the software you already pay for.
The subscription is only part of the cost. There’s also the time spent entering the same information twice, fixing a broken handoff, or hunting for a report. I help you work out what to keep, what to fix, and what is worth changing.
In person across Colorado, virtual anywhere in the US.
How much work does your software leave for you?
- Your POS, reservations, inventory, and scheduling tools each tell a different part of the story.
- You’re paying for features your team doesn’t use, or two tools that do the same job.
- A sales demo looks convincing, but you need to know what happens on a busy Saturday.
What we’ll work through.
- 01
Follow the work.
Map one order, one inventory update, and one reporting task across the tools and people involved.
- 02
Check what you already own.
Review subscriptions, available features, export options, permissions, and integrations. Verify capabilities with the provider.
- 03
Make the next decision easier.
Create a keep, change, or cancel recommendation with setup effort, recurring costs, and staff training needs considered together.
AN EXAMPLE / NOT A CLIENT RESULT
The closing manager copies the same figures into three places.
We trace where those figures originate and who needs them. An existing report or supported integration may remove a step; sometimes the right fix is simply changing the handoff.
We verify the result with the person doing the close before calling it solved.
THE RIGHT FORMAT FOR THE WORK
What we can do virtually.
Subscription, report, and workflow reviews work well over screen sharing with redacted examples and your team’s input.
When a visit helps.
A visit helps with order flow, station setup, adoption during service, and training across the floor and kitchen.
In-person work is available for Colorado restaurants within roughly a three-hour drive of Broomfield.
BEFORE WE TALK
Before we get started.
Not necessarily. We start with the tools you have and establish what they can do before recommending replacement.
Capabilities depend on the vendors, plans, and configuration. We verify requirements and test the relevant workflow before relying on it.
The work focuses on operating workflows, software decisions, setup planning, and adoption. Vendor support and specialist technical work may still be needed.
Yes. I work virtually with restaurants anywhere in the US. Subscription, report, and workflow reviews work well over screen sharing with redacted examples and your team’s input.

What’s getting in the way?
Tell me what you’re opening or trying to improve. We’ll talk through the problem and decide whether a focused review or hands-on work makes sense.
